One Human One Share is an open letter to Sam Altman and Dario Amodei, signed by the people of the world. It is not a company, not a fund, not a token, and not a political party.

Its argument is simple. The wealth that OpenAI and Anthropic will create over the next decade is on a scale never before seen, and it is being created from a corpus — humanity’s knowledge, labour, data, culture and history — that belongs in any honest accounting to all of us. Every human alive on 1 January 2027 should hold one equal, permanent, non-transferable share in the upside.

This site exists to count signatures, show the global momentum of the letter, and make it easy to share. It collects the minimum data required to verify that one person signed once.
